Abstract and Themes of the Congress

Abstract deadline is 20.02.2019

The congress operates in two official languages: Turkish and English. Simultaneously translation will be performed during the congress.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract should include the original study results and should be as informative as possible.

The abstract should be prepared in Times New Roman font, 12 pt. size, double line spacing, single column and single paragraph and no more than 300 words in A4 format (210 x 297 mm) as Microsoft Word document with 30 mm spacing on all sides of the page.

Author / authors, names and surnames should be indicated in bold; surnames should be written in capital letters and the presenter author's name should be underlined. The name and address of the institution to which the author / authors are affiliated should be centered with 10 points.

Abstract should be prepared in English (in Turkish and English for Turkish participants).

The topic title should be short and clear and written in bold with small letters. Key words should be written in alphabetical order and not more than 5 words.

The notification must be sent to equinemedicinecongress@omu.edu.tr by e-mail as Word page and an oral presentation or poster presentation should be indicated.

POSTERS

  1. Posters should be prepared in 60 x 80 cm (width x length) size , with Arial font.
  2. The font size should be large enough to be read from a distance of 1 meter.
  3. The name / surname and addresses of all authors should be written and the name of the participant who will present the poster should be highlighted in bold and underlined.

Congress Themes

At the Congress, participants can present the original work data, case findings, information gathered from the studies on the horse health in the region where the participant is involved.

Abstracts must be submitted under one of the conference themes.
